Our youth mentors put together an overview of the Masterpiece (2023-24) FLL Challenge using Spike Prime to help new FLL teams. Youth mentors completed these missions in 8 hours. All these missions were solved and created by 13 year old, beyond FLL age. Official age for FLL Challenge in USA is 9 to 12 years. These are just a few missions. The details of all the missions is on masterpiece robot game missions (below).
Points to score inaddition to the missions:
1. Equipment Inspection - If your robot and all your equipment fit completely in one launch area and are under a height limit of 12 in. (305 mm) during the pre-match inspection: 20 points
2. Precision Tokens - You begin the match with six precision tokens worth 50 points. If you interrupt the robot outside of home, the referee will remove one token. You earn points for the number of tokens remaining at the end of the match. If the number remaining is: 1: 10 points, 2: 15 points, 3: 25 points, 4: 35 points, 5: 50 points, 6: 50 points

This mission is the closest to the red base. If the 3D cinema’s small red beam is completely to the right of the black frame, you can score 20 points.
This mission can be solved from the red base and can be combined with M01. If your theater’s red flag is down and the active scene color is: Blue: 10 points, Pink: 20 points, Orange: 30 points
• Bonus: And if both teams’ active scenes match: Blue: 20 points ADDED Pink: 30 points ADDED Orange: 10 points ADDED
This mission is closer to the red home and needs precision. The challenge we faced - the lever would lift up if it is not completely down. So, we decided to push down the center plate with the model.
• If the three immersive experience screens are raised: 20 points.
This mission is closer to the blue base and can be solved without any attachments.
• If the hologram performer’s orange push activator is completely past the black stage set line: 20 points
This mission is closer to the red base. There is a pattern to solve the mission, you can lift all the three slider up but the middle slide falls down until the left and right sliders are in place. So the best strategy we figured out is lifet all the 3 sliders first and then lift the middle slider.
• If a sound mixer slider is raised: 10 points EACH
This one was really hard at first! At first, we tried to lift the bar up with a long lever, but it would require more force than we could get out of our medium motor. Also, we found that you have to lift up on both sides of the bar at the same time to properly lift. So, think outside the box with creative hats on. Where else could we apply force? We mounted a "fan" to the top of our robot to spin the top of the fixture!
• If the light show’s white pointer is within zone: Yellow: 10 points, Green: 20 points, Blue: 30 points
Here we use the robot to completely turn the chicken beyond the marker to get maximum points.
This mission is close to the blue base and is a combination of two tasks.
